SHIPPING
Now that you ship with Ketch Shoes, how much does it cost?
It's the same! The fee for shipping in Canada with Ketch Shoes is currently a $12 flat-rate or free with orders over $150. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Contact customer service for expedited shipping for an additional fee with a quicker service of 1-3 business days depending on delivery location (this option will not be available during inventory count periods). *Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing times.
How long will it take to get my order with Ketch Shoes?
Depending on where you live it will take 4–7 days to get your order. Allow a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. Delivery time is calculated from time of shipment confirmation email.
Does Ketch Shoes deliver internationally?
No, ketchshoes.ca only ships within Canada.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an order from Bueno Shoes?
Visit the Returns + Exchanges Portal.
Bueno Shoes will only accept returns through the portal until April 30th, 2026, depending on purchase date.

Can I return my shoes if I've worn them outside?
No. Shoes must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear. Note that fit issues should be resolved before you remove tags or wear your shoes outside. If you are in doubt about the fit, we recommend wearing your new shoes indoors to be sure.
Products that are returned in worn condition and deemed unsellable or with damaged original packaging will not be refunded and will be returned at the customer's expense or donated to charity on their behalf.
What if my shoes are defective?
If you have received defective merchandise, please contact buenoshoes.ca immediately to resolve the issue.
Can I return Final Sale items?
Final Sale items are offered at a significant discount, but please note they are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items may have minor imperfections, such as slight colour variations or sizing discrepancies. Additionally, limited availability, seasonal clearance, or discontinued styles often mean that these shoes are part of the final sale. While these factors do not affect the overall quality, we encourage careful consideration before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Why Our Restocking Fee Has Changed
We work hard to keep our prices fair and our service high-quality. Due to
rising costs associated with return handling, inspection, and processing, our restocking fee has been adjusted from $5 to $8.
This helps us continue to deliver the level of care and efficiency our customers expect.
LOYALTY REWARDS
How do I enroll in the rewards program?
Bueno Loyalty Rewards now live with Ketch Shoes. To enroll in the Ketch Steps Rewards program, visit the Rewards Page and select Join Now.
How can I use my Bueno points?
Your Bueno points will be transfered over to Ketch Steps Rewards and you will receive an email with all the pertinent information. Buenoshoes.ca:

How do I get my discount code when I subscribe to the newsletter?
Ensure you have received and clicked the link in your welcome email that allows ketchshoes.ca to send you emails. If this doesn’t work, make sure you haven’t signed up with us before. Discounts will only be sent to new subscribers.
