HOW WILL MY BUENO PURCHASE BE SHIPPED AND WHAT IS THE COST?

Canada Post fee for shipping in Canada is a $10 flat-rate and free for orders over $100. 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BUENO PURCHASE?

You will receive your purchase within 5-7 business days from the date they are shipped. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your purchase is en route.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your Bueno purchase or it isn't what you are looking for, you can return the merchandise if:

  • You purchased the product through our website and it is within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • The shoes are in original, resalable condition and packaging.
  • The shoes have not been worn outside.
  • Sale items will be credited in the form of a Bueno Shoes Gift Card.

 

HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING MY MERCHANDISE?

To return merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Please send our customer service team an email at info@buenoshoes.ca in order to receive a return authorization number. In your email please include your order number, style name, colour, size, and reason for returning. Complete the Return Form and include it with a copy of your Packing List (both sent with your order) and the merchandise in the original shipping carton.

You will be asked to mail the product back at your own cost via a trackable method such as Canada Post or FedEx:

Merchandise must be returned to Bueno Shoes Canada within 15 days of receipt of return authorization number. Once your return is received; inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit, for regular priced items, will be automatically applied for the amount of the merchandise back to your original method of payment, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed. * Please note: Sale items will be credited in the form of a Bueno Shoes Gift Card.

Please note:

Bueno Shoes Canada is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Our warehouse does not accept "Walk in" returns. Your return will be refused if you visit our warehouse to drop off. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order to expedite your purchase. We will process your return as above.


HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING MY MERCHANDISE?

Currently, we do not process exchanges. If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please follow the return instructions and then place a new order on-line.

DO YOU PRICE MATCH?

Please note that buenoshoes.ca is happy to price match any products that have gone on sale (on buenoshoes.ca only) within 5 days of original purchase (date on receipt/order confirmation).
