Orders placed on BuenoShoes.ca between November 15 and December 25, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday window through January 31, 2026.

  • Regular-priced purchases can be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2026.
  • Sale items are eligible for return through January 31, 2026 and will be refunded in the form of a Bueno Gift Card.
  • Items marked Final Sale remain ineligible for return.

Returning a gift? Visit the Returns + Exchanges Portal and choose Start Gift Return. Use the original purchaser’s email address or order number to exchange for another colour/size of the same style or receive store credit via Bueno Gift Card.

E-gift Cards cannot be returned.

*A $5 restocking fee applies to each pair of returned items.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY FAQ'S

How will my Bueno Purchase be shipped and what is the cost?
Canada Post fee for shipping in Canada is a $10 flat-rate and free for orders over $150.


Why was the free shipping threshold increased?
Like many businesses, we are not exempt from increasing global costs. As a consequence, we have had to adjust our Free Shipping threshold from free over $100 to free over $150. This change will take effect immediately.


How long will it take to receive my Bueno Purchase?
You will receive your purchase within 5-7 business days from the date they are shipped. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your purchase is en route.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Full price merchandise:

buenoshoes.ca is happy to offer Free Return Shipping*! Vist our Returns + Exchanges Portal  your Return Waybill for unworn merchandise within 15 days from the date of delivery by Canada Post. New, unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for.

Sale Merchandise:

Sale items will be credited in the form of a Bueno Shoes Gift Card. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ALL items returned must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  Merchandise must be returned to Bueno Shoes Canada within 15 days of receipt of return authorization number.

*Please note that a $5 restocking fee will be charged for each pair of returned shoes (full or sale price). Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Returns for defective merchandise:

If you feel you have received defective merchandise, please visit our Returns + Exchanges Portal and follow the steps for damaged goods. Authorizations will be granted on shoes acknowledged as defective within 60 days from the date of delivery. Our coverage policy on worn items includes our shoes and boots for 60 days from the time of purchase by a customer and requires an order # or proof of purchase for shoes that we have deemed damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Authorizations will not be granted for problems we deem to be the result of normal wear and tear or abuse of the shoes

HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING MY MERCHANDISE?

To return eligible merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Visit our Returns + Exchange Portal for your Return Waybill. Please include Return Packing List (sent with your Return Waybill) with the merchandise in the original shipping carton.

Once approved, you will be asked to mail the product via Canada Post.

Merchandise must be returned to Bueno Shoes Canada within 15 days of receipt of Return Waybill. Once your return is received; inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit, for regular priced items, will be automatically applied for the amount of the merchandise back to your original method of payment, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed. * Please note: Sale items will be credited in the form of a Bueno Shoes Gift Card.

Bueno Shoes Canada is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Our warehouse does not accept "Walk in" returns. Your return will be refused if you visit our warehouse to drop off. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Do you price match?
Please note that buenoshoes.ca is happy to price match any products that have gone on sale (on buenoshoes.ca only) within 5 days of original purchase (date on receipt/order confirmation). Orders are only eligible for 1 price adjustment. Final Sale items are not eligible for price matching. 

How do I pay for my Bueno Purchase?

We accept Visa. Master Card, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Sezzle — so many options!
